Welcome to Barrel & Banner Co. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Barrel & Banner Co. is operated by Girly Builds, LLC. Customer service and order communication are handled through our parent company email at girlybuilds@gmail.com.

Products

Barrel & Banner Co. specializes in personalized bourbon barrel lid signs, custom bar décor, patriotic designs, and related products. Many of our items are made using genuine reclaimed bourbon barrel lids. Because these are authentic wood products, each piece will naturally vary in appearance.

Natural variations may include, but are not limited to, wood grain, color, knots, cracks, char marks, barrel staining, nail holes, slight warping, uneven edges, and other authentic barrel characteristics. These variations are part of the character of the product and are not considered defects.

Custom Orders

Many of our products are personalized or made to order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate spelling, names, dates, wording, design details, shipping information, and any other customization instructions at the time of purchase.

Once production has started, changes, cancellations, or revisions may not be possible.

Customer-Submitted Artwork

Customers may submit logos, photos, artwork, text, or design files for custom orders. By submitting materials to Barrel & Banner Co., the customer confirms that they own the rights to those materials or have permission from the rightful owner to use them.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that submitted materials do not violate any copyright, trademark, licensing agreement, or other intellectual property rights. Barrel & Banner Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears to contain unauthorized, copyrighted, trademarked, licensed, offensive, or inappropriate material.

Order Processing and Shipping

All items are made to order and typically ship within 1–2 weeks after the order is placed. Once shipped, standard transit time is usually 2–5 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of Barrel & Banner Co. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Returns and Damage Claims

Because our products are custom and made to order, we do not accept general returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.

Returns or replacements are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective due to shipping. Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging, the damaged item, and order information so we can review the issue.

Natural barrel lid variations are excluded from return or replacement eligibility and are not considered defects.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, product availability, and promotions may change at any time without notice.

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

Intellectual Property

All original designs, product photos, written content, graphics, logos, artwork, and branding displayed on this website are the property of Girly Builds and/or Barrel & Banner Co. unless otherwise noted.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Right to Refuse Service

Barrel & Banner Co. reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order at our discretion, including orders involving inappropriate content, offensive language, unauthorized artwork, trademarked or copyrighted material, or requests that cannot be reasonably produced.

Limitation of Liability

Barrel & Banner Co. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use, display, handling, or installation of our products.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of this website or purchase of our products means you accept the current Terms of Service.
