All designs, product photos, written content, graphics, artwork, and branding displayed on this website are the property of Girly Builds and/or Barrel & Banner Co. unless otherwise noted. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Barrel & Banner Co. creates custom and personalized products, including designs that may include customer-provided names, dates, logos, photos, artwork, or other submitted materials. By submitting artwork, images, logos, text, or design files to us, the customer confirms that they own the rights to the submitted materials or have received permission from the rightful owner to use them for production.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any submitted artwork, logo, phrase, image, or design does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, licensing agreement, or other intellectual property rights. Barrel & Banner Co. reserves the right to refuse any order that appears to contain copyrighted, trademarked, licensed, or unauthorized material.

We do not claim ownership of customer-submitted artwork; however, by submitting files or design instructions, the customer grants Barrel & Banner Co. permission to use those materials solely for the purpose of creating the purchased product.

Because our products are made using genuine reclaimed bourbon barrel lids, natural variations in wood grain, color, char marks, staining, knots, cracks, nail holes, slight warping, and other authentic barrel characteristics are expected and are not considered defects.
