All items are made to order and typically ship within 1–2 weeks after your order is placed.

Once your order has shipped, standard transit time is usually 2–5 business days, depending on the destination and carrier. Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to carrier delays outside of our control.

You will receive tracking information once your order is on its way. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Because each piece is custom-made, production begins shortly after your order is received. If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether we can meet your requested timeline.
